Returns for manufacturing defects
If your item has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, you can request a return or exchange, provided you notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and send clear photos or a video showing the defect.

Once we review the case and confirm a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item with a sound one, or refund its value if no replacement is available.

Conditions for accepting a return

• The defect must result from manufacturing, not misuse.
• The item must be in its original condition — unused, unwashed and unaltered in any way.
• You must contact us within the stated period and send proof of the defect.

Not covered
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for damage caused by improper use, unsuitable washing, friction, or any other misuse.
